Terms of sale

Seller: OSA Electronics. Contact: info@ohmventory.io.

What you buy: a subscription to use one or more Ohmventory modules for the e-mail address you enter when buying. The code you receive by e-mail only activates with that address and works on every computer of your company that uses the same database. It may not be resold or shared with other companies.

Plans: monthly or annual. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the same price unless you cancel. Each renewal sends you a new code (if the program is online, it receives it by itself). You can cancel the renewal at any time from the link in your purchase e-mail; the modules keep working until the end of the period already paid. There are no perpetual licences.

Your data: when a subscription ends nothing is deleted or locked: everything stored can still be viewed and exported; only the actions of those modules are disabled.

Prices and taxes: as shown on Pricing. Any applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Stripe e-mails you the invoice and all invoices can also be downloaded from the link in your purchase e-mail.

Delivery: immediate, by e-mail, as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Withdrawal: as this is digital content delivered immediately, by buying you expressly agree that delivery starts at once and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. Before buying you can try every module free for 30 days.

Warranty and support: if a module does not work as described, write to us via Support and we will fix it or refund the current period. Liability for damages is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Governing law: Spanish. If you are a consumer you may also go to the courts of your place of residence.
